During checkout, after you enter a shipping address, you’ll be given these options depending on the location:

  1. Local Delivery to Bay Area zip codes . Dates listed below or by appointment. $12

  2. Shipping USPS Priority to US addresses: $12
    Choose as many Gift Collections as you’d like to be shipped. One address per order. Multiple shipping addresses? Either create a separate order for each address, or create one order with as many gifts as you’d like, enter your address as a placeholder, select “Shipping” or “Delivery” then contact us with  a list of recipients addresses and messages you’d like to include. Gift Boxes and Gift Bags can be purchased separately if you’d like. Individual items? Easiest is to use the Custom gift online form ($39-$149) and request Individual Items you’d like to include. We will do our best to accommodate your request and send you a picture for approval if you’d like. Or you may order the Individual items yourself - contact us first if you’d like to make sure the number of items you’d like to order will fit in a gift box, or do your best to guess. We can adjust later if necessary. Gift box sizes range from 8”x8”x6” to 11”x11”x5.” While gifts can be shipped with or without gift boxes, gift bags do not ship well unless they are shipped flat for the recipient to assemble upon arrival.

  3. Pickup in Santa Cruz is available for free by appointment with a Present team member at the UPS store at 849 Almar Ave, Santa Cruz. Contact Present to arrange a pick up time. UPS does not hold packages for Present customers, but a Present team member can arrange a time to meet you. If a time cannot be arranged, Present can ship or refund your order.
